- RELIS stands for "Luxembourg Information Network on Drugs and Drug additions 'Réseau Luxembourgeois d'Information sur les Stupéfiants et les toxicomanies'.
Set up in 1994 and maintained by the Luxembourgish focal point of the EMCDDA, RELIS is both, a human and telematic network.
Since 2000, the national EMCDDA focal point ( NFP ) is implemented within the Public's Health Research Centre ( CRP - Santé ). The NFP links the competent national administration to the EMCDDA.
